Making them available places other than Amazon is on my to do list, I've been procrastinating on that, alas. "Runaway" and the other newer ones are waiting until I have enough stories for a new collection. That'll probably be combined with my next Kickstarter in a year or two.
Thank you for the comparisons! That's high praise. I'll have to check out Joan Aiken, I'm less familiar with her than the other two.
I was impressed by the story, and now I should go to work soon. I did spot a few minor errors: “an powerful incest taboo” should be “a powerful incest taboo”, “he’ll being saying” should be “he’ll be saying”, and “bended” should be “bent”. “I have CDO. That’s like OCD, but in alphabetical order as it should be.”
She's 13 stuck living with a family who tried to marry her off! It makes me a little nervous about how much time she actually has. But yeah, hopefully.
Well, either they try to marry her off, or she never has a husband or children. Things could go wrong if they send her to some other family with a teenage son, but things can go wrong when young people make their own decisions about whom to marry. Given the constraints of living on a small asteroid, the choices for her are necessarily limited.
Where are these so I can throw cashy-money your way? Ideally not Amazon, though if there's a paper copy I'll snag that.
Either way, if they're not up for sale in the next few months, I'm hand binding my own copy and sending you a check.
Great stuff. You, Joan Aiken, James H. Schmitz, and John C. Wright. I read one of your stories and I want to read more.
The first year and a half of stories are collected here:

Thanks! I snagged the paper copy.
I can't and won't buy Amazon e-books (long story) but your stories are eminently rereadable, so a paper copy is better anyways.
So what is your favorite ebook site? I should move posting the collections elsewhere higher on the priority list.
Anywhere not Amazon - it it supports my Kubo with an epub format, I'll buy it there.

Fixed, thank you. I appreciate the help. Fortunately you have a career where CDO is helpful.
Great story, and so much cool detail!
Thank you!
Great story, though I'm a little worried about Lisa Petser.
She's thirteen, so her situation isn't urgent. Perhaps she'll get a chance to hitch a ride on a passing ship, too. Hopefully with less excitement.
